Returns will be accepted for store credit only. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your item that you wish to return it. Email us at maingateplus@bellsouth.net within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or store credit. Return shipping and insurance is at buyer’s expense. The only exception to this policy is if we ship you the wrong item. In this case, we will arrange to exchange your item or refund your purchase price. The cost of shipping the incorrect item back to us and the shipping of the new item will be at MainGate’s expense.
