Our Popular Designs
Visit our "Popular Designs" page to find ready-to-create gifts. While this page is set up to facilitate quick ordering of tee-shirts, these designs can be embroidered on sweatshirts or tote bags as well. If you would like one of these designs on a sweatshirt, tote bag, or other item, please complete our custom order form, print and fax the form to us for a quote. Choose Your Garment/Choose Your Design
Visit our Company Casuals Site for garments to be embroidered. The prices quoted on this site include embroidery. Complete the inquiry form found on this sister site and we will contact you to confirm your selections and provide you with a firm quote before you place your order. Your quote will include sales tax, if applicable, and shipping charges. All items are shipped priority, insured mail. Other shipping options can be accommodated.

Client-Supplied Items
MainGate will also embroider client-supplied items. Our pricing for client-supplied garments embroidered with stock designs (designs that can be purchased from Embroidery Island or other digitizers) is a minimum charge of $10.00 for the first 10,000 stitches and $1.75 per 1,000 stitches over 10,000 stitches; per item. For jacket backs and very large designs, we will work with you on pricing. Jacket backs, very large and dense designs will be quoted on an individual basis.
While we reserve the right to refuse any item that is too delicate for embroidery or too heavy for our machine to handle, each situation is unique so be assured we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We cannot, however, embroider on leather jackets or luggage. Our machine is not suited to these types of items. However, we can work with you to create a custom patch that can be sewn onto these items, so please contact us for a consultation and free quote.
Corporate and Sports Logos
MainGate offers a tiered pricing structure to simplify pricing for sports teams, small businesses or any organization that would like their logo embroidered on items they provide. Our three levels of pricing for logo work are as follows:
Simple Logo – Three Colors or Less:
Our one time digitizing fee for logos that consist of just a company name or simple wording in a standard font is $30.00. The embroidery cost per item is $9.50. Simple logos that are wider than 3.75" require special hooping and will be charged at the Intermediate Logo price of $12.50.
Intermediate Logo – Logos Six Colors or Less and Less Than 10,000 Stitches:
Our one time digitizing fee for logos that consist of simple artwork that is less than six colors and digitizes out at less than 10,000 stitches is $50.00. The embroidery cost per item is $12.50. Intermediate logos that are wider than 3.75" require special hooping and will be charged at the Complex Logo prices of $20.00.
Complex Logo – Logos Over Six Colors and/or Over 10,000 stitches:
Our one time digitizing fee for complex logos is $80. The embroidery cost per item is $20.00.
Personalization
We are happy to accept any sized jobs. It can be challenging to find an embroidery shop willing to accept an order of one item. MainGate is happy to help with those small projects. Do you have a baby blanket you wish to have embroidered with a name and birth date? An apron you'd like to have personalized with a name? A hat you'd like your name added to? MainGate is here to help. We have various fonts available for personalization projects--print, script, fancy, and plain--we will be glad to show you samples of what we have available. Choose one of our personalization fonts and we will personalize your item for a flat rate of $9.50. No set up costs and the personalization can be a monogram; name or in the case of baby blankets--a name and birth date.
Design From Your Artwork
We also offer digitizing services. We can digitize your original artwork and work with you from start to finish to create a truly one-of-a-kind item. Free quotes on our digitizing services will be provided 48 hours after receiving a jpg or pdf of the desired design. We cannot provide quotes for digitizing services over the phone. We will not accept digitizing orders for any copyrighted images (Disney, etc.)
INFORMATION ABOUT PATCHES
MainGate is pleased to be able to offer custom designed patches. Digitizing costs will vary and are based on the artwork to be converted to embroidery. While it is difficult to provide a standard quote on items that are so unique, please find below a guideline to our patch prices. If you have a design that you would like made into a patch and it does not fall under these sample sizes; please contact us and we would be glad to work up a detailed quote for you.
2” wide by up to 3” high $4.50 per patch
4” wide by up to 3” high $5.75 per patch
6” wide by up to 3” high $8.50 per patch
8” wide by up to 3” high $11.00 per patch
10” wide by up to 3” high $14.00 per patch
Please remember the digitizing costs are separate from the sew out costs and are a one time fee only. The fee for digitizing will be based on the artwork and will be quoted after we have received your artwork for review.
