If there is a problem with one of our embroidered items, please contact us so we can work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and made with the utmost care. Our workmanship is guaranteed.  If during the first six months of ownership, under normal washing and wearing conditions any problems occur such as pulled stitches or any other workmanship problems, the garment will be replaced with the identical item free of charge.  In the unlikely event of a problem with your item, please contact us so we can make it right.  As each situation is unique, we ask that you contact us via phone, fax or email so we can work with you to resolve any issue.
